Joyo Carbon® was founded in 2018 and own 3 factories manufacturing of recarburizer CPC and GPC factory in Shandong, Sichuan and Inner Mongolia. We are using our own unique patented high temperature electric vertical technology using graphite electrode in 10 tons graphite crucible lining furnace with high automation computer control system to produce premium purified graphitizing carbons up to 99.9%.
Our energy is using renewable wind power and own cogeneration for the graphitizing process. Our annual capacity is 200,000 tons recarburizer CPC/GPC in Inner Mongolia plant, 600,000 tons recarburizer CPC/GPC in Shandong plant, 100,000 tons recarburizer CPC/GPC in Inner Mongolia plant. Our total production output up to 800,000 tons – 1,000,000 tons annually. It’s almost half quantity of global recarburizer production output.
After 15 years hard work in carbon material industry, Joyo has been constantly refining and developed into a fully integrated supply chain covers the raw material sourcing, production, processing in physical factories, domestic,foreign trade, and third-party logistics services.
